AJ has been piercing professionally since 2007 and joined the ranks of 12 oz. Studios in 2010. To say AJ cares about piercing is an understatement. He is very active in the piercing community, constantly learning from and sharing information with his peers in order to stay up to date with techniques, jewelry quality, aftercare and much more. AJ is not only certified in Bloodborne Pathogens training, but also CPR and first aid, and is a member of the Association of Professional Piercers (or APP) which sets specific guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our clients. AJ is also certified to engage in conversations regarding Pokemon and all things Star Wars (he will defend the prequels to the bitter end).
