Marz Munioitz came to 12 oz. Studios in 2025 but first got his start in tattooing in 1986 in Brazil. From there he traveled and tattooed all over the globe and has built an extensive knowledge of tattooing technique and history. Marz is always willing to work with anyone on what type of tattoo they want but prefers American traditional and Japanese (including Tebori – traditional hand-poke tattooing). When Marz isn’t tattooing you can find him watching Sumo wrestling, skateboarding, playing guitar and enjoying his love of music.
