Luis Garcia has been a professional piercer for 30 years and a member of the APP (Association of Professional Piercers) since 1999. He began teaching classes for the APP in 2004 and was elected to serve as the international liaison for the association from 2005 to 2008, from 2016 to 2019, and is currently the vice president until 2023. Over the years, he has taught classes on various topics, such as surface piercing theory, piercing techniques, and various ear projects.  He has taught at LBPac Mexico, APPE Spain, GEP Brazil, UKAPP, BMXnet Germany, and for APTPI in Milan, Italy.  He has become widely known in the world for his laid-back style of teaching, piercing knowledge, and success with both surface piercings and ear projects. Luis even took first place in two categories in the 2012 Industrial Strength Earmageddon competition!

LUIS GARCÍA: Ha sido perforador profesional hace 25 años y miembro de la APP desde 1999. Comenzó a dar clases para la APP en el 2004 y fue elegido para servir como enlace internacional de la asociación del 2005 a 2008, del 2016 a 2019, y de 2020 a 2023.  Sobre los años, ha impartido clases de diversos temas, como la teoría de perforaciones superficiales, las técnicas de perforación y los proyectos de oreja. Ha impartido clases en APP México, APPE España, GEP Brasil, UKAPP, BMXnet Alemania, y para APTPI en Milán, Italia. Él ha llegado a ser ampliamente conocido en el ambiente por su estilo relajado al enseñar, el conocimiento y el éxito con la perforaciones superficiales y los proyectos de oreja, incluso teniendo el primer lugar en la competencia Earmageddon 2012 de Industrial Strength. Ponente en LBP México desde el 2013 y tenemos el honor de recibirlo nuevamente.
